Five wishes is known as the Advanced Directives with heart and soul. In this interactive one hour presentation you will learn why having a well thought out plan, selecting the right health care surrogate (agent, proxy, representative), and having your wishes IN WRITING is so important. It is never to early to do this! As your life and circumstances change through the years you can update/change and modify your Five Wishes.
